"I have been with 360 dental care for over two years and I would recommend this practice to anyone who is thinking about undertaking dental treatment.
During my time In school I wore fixed braces, after the course of a few years I found that some of my teeth had moved back to their original positions leaving me with a crooked smile.
I undertook a lot of research into many practices and found that 360 offered the best value for money and the practice also struck me as being one that would offer me confidence and more importantly results.
With the advice of Jayme (the lead dentist) I decided to have STB lingual braces. These have aligned my teeth very quickly and no one has ever noticed that I have been wearing them.
I am now with a smile that fills me with confidence, joy and happiness.
It is not in my nature to leave a review of this kind but if anything this is just a reflection on how strongly I would recommend getting any work done with this practice.
The service from Jayme and the rest of the team has been excellent throughout my time here and if anyone is doing their own research and wondering which practice across Manchester to opt for at least book yourself in for a consulatation here. You won't regret it.

"I have had traditional braces treatment when I was in school, but I was not very happy how it left some gaps between my teeth , that treatment looked so unfinished for me and left me unsatisfied for many years. This is when I decided to get another orthodontic treatment and I came across this clinic when I was searching in google with a 4.8 star and great reviews .
The staffs and Dr Jayme was really welcoming , they explained the treatment plans and costs very clearly and also cleared my doubts at every point . Most patients feel mild pressure for a day or two when switching to a new set of aligners. That's the aligners working. It's significantly more comfortable than fixed braces, with no wires to tighten and no brackets to rub.
Invisalign aligners are made from a virtually invisible clear material, and most people won't notice unless you point them out. That's one of the reasons many patients choose Invisalign, alongside the comfort, the freedom to eat and drink normally, the easier oral hygiene, and the predictability that comes from being able to see your end result on the iTero scanner before you start.
Yes. Unlike fixed braces, Invisalign aligners are removable. Take them out to eat and drink anything except water, brush your teeth, and pop them back in. No food restrictions at all. The aligners do need to be in for around 22 hours a day for treatment to stay on track.
Yes. The iTero scanner runs an Invisalign ClinCheck simulation at your free smile simulation appointment, showing how your teeth are expected to move and what they could look like at the end of treatment. There's no obligation to proceed. Many patients use this to decide whether Invisalign is right for them.
Retainers. Without retainers, teeth gradually drift back toward their original position. We fit a fixed bonded retainer behind your front teeth and provide a clear removable retainer to wear at night. With retainers worn as advised, your result is permanent.
We're based on Southern Street in central Manchester (M3 4NJ), three minutes from Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and Deansgate rail station. Patients travel in for Invisalign from across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Altrincham, and the wider Cheshire commuter belt. Jayme founded 360 Dental Care in 2009 and has been an Invisalign provider since 2005. He leads the Invisalign caseload and has personally planned and delivered hundreds of cases, from mild Lite cases to complex full-arch transformations.
Awarded Best Young Dentist North West and UK 2024, Stewart trained at Liverpool dental hospital and Aintree regional hospital before completing a year-long advanced cosmetic course with Dr Chris Orr. He brings that cosmetic eye to every Invisalign plan, treating the alignment as the foundation for a natural-looking, conservative result.
Matt graduated from the University of Manchester in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery and has worked across a broad range of practices in the North West.
