I approached Smile 360 for 2 implants to fill a gap, and it transpired that I needed something called a ‘sinus lift’ procedure (to improve my jaw bone thickness) in order to be able to have implants. My sinus lift operation and implant surgery was carried out by Dr Dharmista and my new fixed dentures and cosmetic work was carried out by Dr Jayme, all within their “state of the art” modern treatment rooms and I can only say that I am absolutely delighted with the results.
The Smile 360 team are warm and friendly and put the patient at ease during every visit. The whole process from start to finish has been conducted with complete professionalism of the highest order. "I’d been wanting to address my smile which had been a deep rooted self conscious issue for the vast majority of my life. I avoided smiling with my teeth in pictures because my bottom teeth were crooked, my bite was off and my two front teeth were incredibly predominant compared to my teeny-tiny lateral incisors. During my time at 360 Dental Care I had them straightened with Invisalign, whitened, and bonded over a period of 12 months.
360 Dental Care stood out to me as it had the qualities of a dental practice that I felt would help achieve the results I wanted. "I ummed and ahhhed for years about whether to go for Invisalign and bonding. My teeth we were never terrible but were never great. Following having Jamie fix a minor chip in my daughter’s teeth, I realised how much of a difference could be made by small changes.. It is the best money I have ever spent. The team were fantastic. Jamie is a perfectionist, but also very relaxed, knowledgeable and informative. You feel safe in his hands. Michelle the hygienist is also fab. And the wider team are all great.
I love my ‘new’ teeth-all mine but what a difference! And would say if you are considering it, go for the initial appointment. Once you see the potential transformation which is shared at the start you will be convinced. Forget handbags and shoes, watches and nails. "I have just completed my treatment with 360 Dental Care, and could not be happier! I had a fixed brace on my upper teeth (attached to the back of my teeth, so more or less undetectable), followed by clear retainers and a thin bonded strip to keep everything in place. To top everything off, they were whitened using a home whitening kit, and I had a little bonding composite added to the tips to repair all the damage done by grinding.
The 360 team are all really friendly and approachable, which is great if you're a nervous patient. I would absolutely recommend them to all friends and family, and will return there myself if I need any more treatment in the future. Really happy with the result, thanks guys!"

Most patients feel mild pressure for a day or two when switching to a new set of aligners. That's the aligners working. It's significantly more comfortable than fixed braces, with no wires to tighten and no brackets to rub.
Invisalign aligners are made from a virtually invisible clear material, and most people won't notice unless you point them out. That's one of the reasons many patients choose Invisalign, alongside the comfort, the freedom to eat and drink normally, the easier oral hygiene, and the predictability that comes from being able to see your end result on the iTero scanner before you start.
Yes. Unlike fixed braces, Invisalign aligners are removable. Take them out to eat and drink anything except water, brush your teeth, and pop them back in. No food restrictions at all. The aligners do need to be in for around 22 hours a day for treatment to stay on track.
Yes. The iTero scanner runs an Invisalign ClinCheck simulation at your smile simulation appointment, showing how your teeth are expected to move and what they could look like at the end of treatment. There's no obligation to proceed. Many patients use this to decide whether Invisalign is right for them.
Retainers. Without retainers, teeth gradually drift back toward their original position. We fit a fixed bonded retainer behind your front teeth and provide a clear removable retainer to wear at night. With retainers worn as advised, your result is permanent.
We're based on Southern Street in central Manchester (M3 4NJ), three minutes from Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and Deansgate rail station. Patients travel in for Invisalign from across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Altrincham, and the wider Cheshire commuter belt. Aligners can be fitted and adjusted across a small number of visits, so even patients further afield find treatment manageable.

Jayme founded 360 Dental Care in 2009 and has been an Invisalign provider since 2005. He leads the Invisalign caseload and has personally planned and delivered hundreds of cases, from mild Lite cases to complex full-arch transformations.
Awarded Best Young Dentist North West and UK 2024, Stewart trained at Liverpool dental hospital and Aintree regional hospital before completing a year-long advanced cosmetic course with Dr Chris Orr. He brings that cosmetic eye to every Invisalign plan, treating the alignment as the foundation for a natural-looking, conservative result.
Matt graduated from the University of Manchester in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery and has worked across a broad range of practices in the North West.
