A one-off £9.50 administration fee is collected with your first payment. Routine examinations and hygiene appointments become available after 3 to 6 months of consecutive monthly payments depending on the level chosen (your 15% discount on treatments applies straight away).     Come in for a dental health examination so we can assess your teeth and gums and recommend the right plan level for you. Speak to our team for the current new patient examination fee.

    We'll talk through the level that matches your dental health and answer any questions. Set up the Direct Debit (a £9.50 admin fee applies on your first payment only) and you're a member from that point on.

The peace of mind you don't see until you need it

Membership makes you eligible to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, a third-party scheme that backs you up when something serious happens, at home or anywhere in the world.

A few things the plan unlocks that make it more than just routine appointments.

15% off many treatments

The discount applies automatically to most treatments at the practice, like fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, and bridges. Excludes Invisalign®, implants and cosmetic treatments. So a £950 porcelain crown is £807.50 for plan members.

Priority emergency appointments

If something goes wrong, like a broken tooth, sudden pain, or a lost crown, members get priority on the day's appointment slots. Maximum of two priority emergency visits per year; treatment fees are additional and the 15% member discount applies.

Free top-up whitening

If you've had teeth whitening with us before, members get a free top-up whitening gel once a year to keep your smile bright. A nice perk for past whitening patients who don't want their results to fade.

What the 15% discount means in real money

For most patients the routine savings are the smaller part of the picture. The 15% member discount on eligible treatments is where membership really starts to pay back, especially in years when you need a filling, crown, or other restorative work.

Membership Plan FAQs

Similar concept, different setup. Denplan is a third-party administered scheme. Our Membership Plan is run directly by 360. Simpler to manage, no third-party admin layer, and the savings come from the 15% member discount on the actual treatment fees rather than a pre-paid pot. For most patients with healthy teeth, ours works out cheaper.

Many treatments at the practice, like fillings, root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Exclusions apply to Invisalign®, implants and cosmetic treatments (such as veneers, composite bonding, whitening, and facial aesthetics).

Your included examinations and hygiene appointments become available after 3 to 6 months of consecutive monthly payments, depending on the level you're on. The 15% discount on eligible treatments, the WDEAS emergency scheme eligibility, and the day-to-day benefits like free x-rays and Tepe brushes are all available from day one. We'll talk you through the timing when you join.

WDEAS is a third-party scheme operated by Worldwide Assistance Ltd. Membership of our plan makes you eligible to request assistance for dental trauma, dental emergencies, and a diagnosis of oral cancer. It can also cover your plan fee for up to 12 months if you're made compulsorily redundant. The scheme is discretionary, which means each request is assessed individually by the Scheme Manager, but in most genuine cases it provides real help. Full rules, benefit levels, and exclusions are at scheme.wdeas.co.uk/patients.

Yes, a one-off £9.50 administration fee is collected with your first monthly payment only. From the second month onwards you just pay the level you've chosen.

Yes. If your needs change, just have a chat with us and we'll adjust your Direct Debit from the next billing cycle.

Yes. Plans are paid by monthly Direct Debit and you can cancel by contacting the practice. Please get in touch and our team will walk you through the steps and any notice required.

The provision of your routine examinations and hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments. If a payment is missed, we'll be in touch to sort it out before it affects your benefits.

You're entitled to a priority emergency appointment during surgery hours, up to a maximum of two per year. The actual treatment is then charged at the normal fee with the 15% member discount applied. The plan isn't dental insurance, so it doesn't cover all costs of emergencies, but you'll be seen sooner and pay less than walking in off the street.

Yes. New patients are welcome to join after their first comprehensive examination so we can recommend the right level for your dental health. Speak to our team for the current new patient examination fee.
