Natural-looking bonding, individually designed

The best composite bonding shouldn't look like composite bonding. It should look like a naturally beautiful, healthy and balanced smile, as though no dentistry has been done at all.

At 360 Dental Care, every smile is individually designed to suit your face, features and personality.

No bulky or overdone "copy and paste" smiles. Just natural-looking composite bonding delivered comfortably, conservatively and with exceptional attention to detail.

Bonding is the skilful use of modern composite materials to perfectly blend with your teeth, changing their shape, making them longer or wider, closing gaps, and creating a balanced, natural smile. We can also change the colour of teeth, treat decay, fix broken teeth, and improve your bite. Sometimes bonding is used as a trial to test the cosmetics before committing to porcelain veneers.

🎙 From Your Dentist Dr Jayme explains composite bonding

Why natural-looking bonding matters

Composite bonding done well is invisible. Done badly, it ages quickly, damages the teeth around it, and gets harder to fix over time. These are the pitfalls we work hardest to avoid.

Who is not suitable for bonding

Composite bonding is the right answer for many people. It isn't the right answer for everyone, and we'd rather tell you that at consultation than during treatment.

In some cases Invisalign, whitening or porcelain restorations may provide a better long-term solution. Your consultation is where we work out which is right for you, and where we'll say so honestly if bonding isn't.

What can bonding treat?

Gaps Between Teeth

Close gaps and spaces for a more uniform, balanced smile.

Chipped or Broken Teeth

Rebuild chipped, cracked, or broken teeth to blend perfectly.

Discolouration

Cover stains, white spots, or uneven colour that whitening can't fix.

Uneven or Misshapen Teeth

Reshape teeth that are too small, too pointed, or irregularly shaped.

Crooked Appearance

Create the appearance of straighter teeth without braces.

Worn Edges

Restore teeth worn down by grinding or age for a more youthful look.

How long does bonding last?

5 to 8 years is often quoted. However, bonding can last much longer. Jayme closed a gap between a patient's front teeth 17 years ago and it still looks great today. Longevity depends on maintenance, dietary factors, and whether you grind your teeth. We'll advise you on how to get the most from your investment.

What composite bonding patients say

4.9 ★ 60 bonding reviews · 259 total
★★★★★

"I wanted composite bonding done to fix the small chips in my teeth and found this place online via google reviews. From the initial meeting they asked in detail what I wanted to ensure they would provide me with the look I was going for. The costs and the procedure were carefully explained and a week later I had the treatment done. The treatment itself took 1.5hours and I am beyond happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for cosmetic dentistry. Staff are friendly, practice is very clean and modern, dentists are well qualified.

Thanks again to Jayme and the team!"

★★★★★

"I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and composite bonding at 360 Dental Care, and I can't praise them enough. From the moment I had my initial online consultation, right through the entire treatment process, my experience with Jayme and Hayley, along with the lovely receptionists, has been great. They made me feel comfortable and well-informed at every step.

The results of my treatment have been well worth the cost, I highly recommend 360 Dental Care to anyone seeking cosmetic dental treatment."

★★★★★

"Very happy with the process and the results. I have already been complimented on my teeth by people I have just met. Since having my composite bonding done less than a week ago, two customers from my shop have asked me which dentist I go to. It took two hours for my appointment and I felt as comfortable as one can with a drill in their mouth. Really pleased I had it done & fully aware that I wouldn't be as pleased if I went somewhere else."

★★★★★

"Had upper and lower composite veneers done here, and over the moon with the results :) Very professional - communication throughout was really good and overall the process was a lot more straight forward than I was expecting. Highly recommend! Best decision I made to get this done it’s made such a difference."

★★★★★

"I ummed and ahhhed for years about whether to go for Invisalign and bonding. My teeth we were never terrible but were never great. Following having Jamie fix a minor chip in my daughter’s teeth, I realised how much of a difference could be made by small changes.. It is the best money I have ever spent. The team were fantastic. Jamie is a perfectionist, but also very relaxed, knowledgeable and informative. You feel safe in his hands. Michelle the hygienist is also fab. And the wider team are all great.

I love my ‘new’ teeth-all mine but what a difference! And would say if you are considering it, go for the initial appointment. Once you see the potential transformation which is shared at the start you will be convinced. Forget handbags and shoes, watches and nails. You wear your teeth all day every day, and the difference which Jamie and the team can make is honestly amazing."

Composite bonding FAQ

In most cases, no. Composite bonding is applied directly to the surface of your teeth without any drilling, so anaesthetic is rarely needed. If we're treating decay or doing more complex work, we'll discuss this with you beforehand.

No. One of the biggest advantages of composite bonding is that it doesn't require any tooth reduction. Your natural tooth structure stays completely intact, making it fully reversible.

Usually just one. Most composite bonding treatments are completed in a single appointment. For larger cases (10+ teeth), we may split the work across two visits for comfort.

5 to 8 years is commonly quoted, but with proper care bonding can last much longer. Jayme has cases that are still looking great after 17 years. Longevity depends on maintenance, diet, and habits like teeth grinding.

Composite bonding is applied directly to your teeth in a single visit, requires no tooth preparation, and is fully reversible. Porcelain veneers are custom-made in a lab, require some tooth reduction, and are more durable long-term. We can help you decide which is right for your goals and budget.

It depends on your goals. Some patients just need 2 front teeth to close a gap or fix chips. Others want a full smile makeover (8-10 teeth or more). During your free smile assessment, we'll recommend exactly what you need, no more, no less.

A free smile assessment is the first step. For some patients, we may recommend teeth whitening before bonding so we can match the composite to your brightest shade. We may also recommend a hygiene appointment to ensure your gums are healthy before treatment.

We're based on Southern Street in central Manchester (M3 4NJ), three minutes from Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop and Deansgate rail station. Patients travel in for composite bonding from across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Altrincham, and the wider Cheshire commuter belt. Some travel further still: we have patients who fly in for treatment, with the furthest so far travelling from Perth, Australia.
